Based on the trend of industrial development, the Action Plan highlights the healthy and orderly development of the industry, adheres to innovation guidance, effective connection between the supply side and the application side, and coordinated development at home and abroad.

In terms of industrial layout, technological innovation, international cooperation and other aspects, we should fully consider the factors of sustainable development of the industry, put forward to prevent low-level duplicate construction, strengthen the standardized management of the industry, and study and establish a recommended catalog for the safety of energy storage battery products based on mandatory standards.
